What began in 2019 as a side hustle and a bit of a joke grew quicker than we ever imagined. Along the way, your support, encouragement, and love turned a dream into a reality.
As we take the next step forward, it’s time for a new chapter, we’re proud to introduce our new name: Gordo’s Catering.
“Gordo” was my grandfather’s nickname, and he was the reason why I grew up loving food. This name is more than a brand, it’s a tribute to him, to our roots, and to the tradition of food bringing people together. This is our way of honoring the past while building a future that’s bigger, better, and filled with the same passion that started it all.
